The Tarrazú Co-Operative is one of the most celebrated worldwide, consistently winning awards as the best producer in Costa Rica. This lot produces just fifty bags and is farmed by only thirty families within the community, attaining SHB ‘Strictly Hard Bean’s quality (synonymous with SHG ‘Strictly High Grown’).
